Is The Poo-ch Pooch Waterproof?
The Poo-ch Pouch is made of rPET polyester fabric which is made from recycled plastic bottles. rPET has natural water repellent properties but is not waterproof and is not suitable for submerging in water.
How Do I Clean My Poo-ch Pouch?
The Poo-ch Pouch can be machine washed on a cold wash cycle or hand-washed in cold water. The Poo-ch Pouch should not be tumble dried, ironed or bleached. Dry thoroughly.
How Quickly Will My Order Be Dispatched?
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 2pm on a business day, by post that day. If you miss this deadline your order will be dispatched the next working day.
How Long Do Deliveries Takes?
We send all orders Royal Mail tracked 48. Royal mail state deliveries should be received within 2 to 4 days. We cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control. We will email you the tracking number when your order is dispatched which you can follow on the Royal Mail website.
